WHAT can be returned?
Goods that are new, unused, and in origional packaging.
Sale items may not be returned unless faulty. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you choose the incorrect size.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
We need to be notified with 48 hours of goods being received that you wish to make a return.
You will then be issued with a Return Authority Number.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Items for return will be issued with a RA Number, relevant return details will then be provided.
HOW do customers return items?
When returning items, we recomend using an insured trackable service.
We accept no responsibility for lost packages or damaged goods.
SHIPPING for returns?
We will credit return shipping if you receive a wrong or faulty item. All other returns are at cost to the customer.
CREDIT for returns?
Refunds are offered on incorreclty shipped or faulty products only. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Restocking Fees?
Frames and Complete Bikes: You are responsible for the return shipping and handling charges. Please note a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for any returned framesets or complete bikes.
Packing materials?
All items must be in origional undamaged packing.
