Yes, we know... Its been a long time coming, but as you can see there have been quite a few changes, so please take the time to have a read!
Our new webstore includes the ability for customers in Australia to purchase framesets, complete bikes and accessories directly. In an age of online commerce, continuing to restrict the sales online doesn't provide the level of customer service that we strive to offer.
We have chosen to handle our online sales directly because it allows us to provide a great customer experience while supporting our dedicated stockists.
When a customer orders the majority of products from our web store, they will be contacted by a SuperSports sales representative prior to shipping.
( There will be no “free delivery” options )
SuperSports will walk them through the pros and cons of purchasing directly and encourage them to order through our dedicated STOCKISTS whenever possible.
Should the customer prefer to continue with the sale directly, if they are within a STOCKIST area, we will simply credit the dealers account for the margin they would have made, minus a nominal fee.
Most importers our size work with one of the large online retailers, which make no attempt to steer customers to their local dealers and don't provide any rebate from the sale.
Our goal is to accommodate the various buying habits of today's rider while remaining loyal to the partners who have made us who we are today.
